The Safe Berks Silent Witness Project is a visual monument to those lost to domestic violence homicide in Berks County. Each October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we hold the Silent Witness March & Dedication. Each red silhouette wears a shield that describes their tragic death. 11:00 am: Meet at Safe Berks (255 Chestnut St., Reading, PA 19602)
Loved ones will be given red silhouettes honoring the lives lost due to domestic violence.
11:15 am: March to RACC The Miller Center
12:00 pm: Silent Witness Dedication
Lunch will follow dedication
