Safe Berks, formerly Berks Women in Crisis, provides a safe haven and ongoing support system for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency would appreciate your willingness to participate in a brief survey that will play a vital role in its ongoing efforts to enhance resources within our community. The Pennsylvania Office of Victim Services (OVS) is interested in learning more about the gaps and needs in services for individuals who have experienced hurt, personal harm, and loss. This survey is anonymous and should take about 10 minutes to complete. Results will not be used for law enforcement purposes, and you may stop taking the survey at any time.
You must be over the age of 18 to complete the survey.
Thank you so much for your valuable contribution.
